These Terms apply to all scenarios in which users access our services, regardless of the channel utilized (e.g., our official website, GMC store, or offline partnerships).
I. Service Content: We provide wholesale and retail services, import/export agency services, product distribution, and related consulting services for a range of goods, including textiles, apparel and luggage, household appliances, hardware, and stationery. We commit to fulfilling our obligations strictly in accordance with the agreements reached between the parties and the specific requirements of each order, while adhering to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Transactions to ensure full regulatory compliance.
II. Rights and Responsibilities of Both Parties: Users are required to provide accurate and legitimate identity and transaction information, and to make timely payments for all applicable charges. We guarantee that all goods sold meet national quality standards; we commit to providing accurate product information, properly fulfilling our obligations regarding order shipment and after-sales support, and strictly safeguarding users’ personal information and trade secrets against unauthorized disclosure.
III. Orders and Fulfillment: By placing an order, the user is deemed to have accepted these Terms. We commit to shipping orders in strict accordance with the agreed specifications, quantities, and timelines. For cross-border orders, we will adhere to the relevant requirements of the Special Administrative Measures for Cross-border Trade in Services (Negative List) to ensure compliant customs clearance. In the event of fulfillment delays caused by force majeure, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify the user.
IV. After-Sales Support and Dispute Resolution: Should users have any objections regarding the goods or services provided, they must contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving the goods. We will provide after-sales guarantees—including returns, exchanges, or repairs—in strict accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising between the parties in connection with these services shall be resolved primarily through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in a competent People’s Court located within our jurisdiction.
V. Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to amend these Terms in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations, or business operations. Any such amendments will be published on our platform; a user’s continued use of our services following such publication shall constitute their acceptance of the revised Terms. Matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
